Se cierra el cliente

Hola como estan,  un amigo me pidio una mano con un problemita que tiene con su servidor .El cual es el siguiente. 

El cliente expulsa muy seguido a los jugadores. Cada bes que se teletrasporta o crusan un portal. Se que el file que usa son los Frozen. 

Que podria ser el error.

Ptt: en el syserr del cliente no sale ningun error .

Mira si tienes algún error en el sysser de los files de packets y publicalo.
