Problema con el xml al compilarlo (40k)

Tengo el siguiente problema, cambiando el subtype al xml, no compila el  programa. 

cuando edito algo del xml no compila el proto nuevo. como deberia, queda en 100% y no pasa de eso y tampoco tira algun error
